Sundays – every week at 10.15am

Whether you’re young or old and whether you’ve been going to church for years or never before, we’d love you to join us. To make it as easy as possible for everyone to join in, we have activities for children, translation of the service that you can access from your phone and a cool down room if you find being in the service too much.

Weekdays

We have a full term with lots on all week including a toddler group, a youth group, bible study & fellowship groups, warm space and knit and natter groups etc.

Autumn term 2026

Welcome to our Autumn Sermon Series – From slavery for freedom

The book of Exodus is a narrative – a story.  It’s the true story of how Yahweh – the creator God of the Universe, and the personal God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob – came to the rescue of his people.  He defeated the Egyptian superpower which had enslaved them and opposed him, and led them in their millions on a journey towards freedom.

But it is a story without an ending.  It finishes while the Israelites are still on the journey – and still beset with problems both outside the camp and inside.

Jesus made it clear that he came to complete this Exodus – God’s rescue of his people from slavery to freedom.  He frequently referred back to the first Exodus story to illustrate and explain his mission.  He fulfils the law.  He is the living water.  He is the true manna.  He is the lamb who lays down his life.  He is the tabernacle. He is the one ‘lifted up’ like the snake.

We hope to learn more about the rescue of Jesus by studying Exodus this term. Join us!
